A collaborative release between Dublin based musicians Katie O'Neill and Luxury Mollusc. Working solo, Katie O'Neill's work moves from stripped down guitar and voice to harsh noise, always maintaining a strong focus on introspection. Luxury Mollusc has been making harsh noise for a number of years, maintaining a strong tactile element to the sound, often using pieces of found material as primary sound sources. Working together on K/LM/NO, these approaches work together to create a release that is both intensely personal and direct and also representative of a distant, murky otherness; swirling noise, disembodied voice and shattered guitar phrases.
